WPI offers professional Civil/Municipal Engineering services, including site design, storm water management and the design of site services, including domestic water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. WPI concluded the Civil design of the Prairie Meadow Power Centre, the eight acre commercial development at the corner of King Street and Kensington Avenue in Estevan Saskatchewan. WPI worked closely with the City of Estevan on behalf of the Owner to obtain a Development Permit for the property. WPI also designed the site layout, storm water retention, sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems for the Fairview multi-unit condominium development in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan.
