Milt Walker, B.Sc. P. Eng., PMP - President Milt has over 35 years experience as a practicing Consulting Engineer and Project Manager. Milt has provided structural design services for literally hundreds of buildings, encompassing all types of construction methods and materials. He is an experienced manager of both design and construction personnel and is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute.

Rod Ziegler - Senior Design Technologist Rod is our Senior Structural and Building Technologist. He has over 30 years of experience in the design and detailing of all types of structures and building elements. Rod's experience is both distinctive and invaluable with having completed design services on facilities including, high-rise apartments, major automotive garages, hospitals, commercial retail units, bridges, mining and power draining generating plants as well as heavy industrial structures just to name a few. Roy is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in many aspects of design and construction. Roy's forte is being out in the field completing on-site layout surveying and supplying the contractor with expert direction. His ability to oversee the installation of services and expedite the completion of civil projects is unique in the industry. We are very fortunate to have Roy on our team. Profile: R. Daryl has provided structural engineering and design services for several of our more recent projects that include many pre-engineered facilities in Regina. Daryl has also acted as Project Manager on numerous jobs and became a Certified Project Management Professional earlier this year. His passion for detail makes him an integral member of our team. Greg is experienced in the design and detailing of all types of building structures and has been the main stay of our production facility. His experience includes, pre-engineered buildings, retail malls, multi-family units as well as light and heavy industrial facilities. Greg's understanding of the National Building Code and the City of Regina zoning regulations greatly assists the team in expediting the initial permit approval process. Jamie McNaughton - Operations Coordinator Jamie began his career with us as an apprentice-building technologist. His enthusiastic approach and dedication to client services has made him a major asset. His most recent projects include completing the building design and structural contract documents for a large commercial mall in Regina as well as completing the contract drawings of a recent conversion of an old theatre space to a modern retail unit. Brandon Gorr, B.Eng., Civil E.I.T. We are extremely excited Brandon chose to make the trek from Ontario in January to join our team! Brandon is our resident "environmental specialist" which is a valuable asset in our industry. In a short period of time Brandon has completed structural engineering work, field work, conducted site investigations and is currently assisting on one of our major civil engineering projects. Allan Reich - Architectural & Building Technologist Allan provides excellent drafting and technical services to our projects and is currently assisting in the management of a major building design project. Allan has also completed a number of condition surveys for our clients. Allan's strong work ethic has enabled him to develop quickly in a short period of time. Brendon returned to WPI in May 2008 after graduating from SIAST Palliser Campus in Moose Jaw. We are fortunate to have Brendon with us. Mike Babcock, CGA H.BComm - Controller Mike recently gained his CGA designation and was promoted to Controller of WPI and its affiliated companies. Mike is an accomplished speaker and an active member of Wascana Toastmasters. Mike has a strong presence within the companies with both an ability to understand management techniques and the financial implications. Robyn Germain - Marketing/Communications Coordinator Robyn is our senior administrator with over 18 years of office experience. Robyn brings a keen enthusiasm to the office. Wendy Walker - Office Manager Wendy is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and office management functions, as well as human resources. Wendy's previous work experience in management and customer service in the retail industry has been an asset to her position.
