WALKER PROJECTS INC. (WPI), and its predecessor companies, have been providing Professional Engineering and Project Management services to its clients since 1984.  Predecessor companies include:  Patrick and Walker Associates Ltd., a seven person structural engineering firm incorporated in 1984 and Cochrane Walker Associates Ltd., a twenty person multi-discipline engineering firm incorporated from 1992 - 1995. 

We are proud to provide our clients, and their projects, with innovative thinking and expert engineering services.  Our diverse team of hard working individuals brings a unique mix of skills, experience and enthusiasm to every project.

Three of our senior personnel, Milt Walker, Rod Ziegler and Roy Oltean have more than 95 years of combined experience.

WPI currently operates with a staff of thirteen, including one Professional Engineer, two graduate Engineers, six Technologists, one Certified General Accountant and three Administrative personnel.

WPI has two affiliated companies, Century West Development Corporation (CWDC) and Century West Homes Ltd. (CWH).  Working together we are able to provide practical and cost effective engineering design solutions to a project. 

Century West Development Corporation

Century West Development Corporation (CWDC) is co-owned by Milt Walker and Francis Bast.  

CWDC specializes in the acquisition and development of commercial and retail properties.  CWDC investigates potential residential and commercial development opportunities, purchases land, raises investment funds, leases properties, secures financing and manages the development of the properties.

Century West Homes Ltd.

Century West Homes (CWH) employs additional technical resources, which supplement the resources of WPI when required.

CWH constructs quality, functional and affordable multi-family and single-family housing.  The principals of CWH have decades of experience in structural engineering, project management, building design and construction management.  CWH was created to bring this vast collective experience to residential construction.
