WPI provides Prime Consulting services and project co-ordination services on behalf of both private and government clients.  As Prime Consultant, WPI works directly for the Owner, and is responsible for retaining and coordinating all required sub-consultants.

Services include the direction of multi-discipline engineering and architectural activities, design and construction coordination, scheduling, cost control and staffing.  The consultants on a typical building project include the Building Designer, Consultant, Structural Consultant, Mechanical Consultant and Electrical Consultant. 

The Building Designer is responsible for the building layout, look and envelope and may be either an engineering or architectural firm.

We have an excellent relationship with all of the major architectural and engineering firms operating in Saskatchewan and have worked with the majority of the consulting firms on a variety of projects.

WPI has served as Prime Consultant on a wide range of projects.   Representative projects include:
