Forensic Analysis
WPI provides professional forensic analysis and expert witness services regarding building failures and damage.  We have provided expert reports on subjects ranging from roof collapses to the repercussions of fire damage of surviving structural members.

Some of our past Forensic Analysis projects have included:

  • Following a fire in the spring of 2007, we investigated the effects of fire damage on existing open web steel joists for the roof system of the Dinsmore Chrysler building in Estevan, Saskatchewan.
  • We provided investigation and contract document services for the restoration of the former Canadian Bible College on 4th Avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan.
